Its patented TI FLEX system delivers a naturally soft stroke, making it a genuine all-rounder for professional artists.

The TI FLEX motion transmission is constructed entirely from titanium, with a jointed lever, two ball bearings, and a rubberised connecting rod working together to absorb and dampen needle motion. This design requires no lubrication or maintenance for the life of the machine.

Powering the Primus Special Hybrid is a German-made 4.5 Watt motor, operating across 5-12 Volts DC with speeds up to 10,000 RPM. The machine is made in Italy and accepts cartridge grips from all major brands as well as standard backstem grips.
