Warranty & Returns

WARRANTY

We sell only high-end tattoo equipment, so you are highly unlikely to experience any issues with our supplies.

In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we offer a full 28-day money-back guarantee (minus delivery costs) on all items returned to us, provided they are in the exact same brand-new, sealed condition as they were when they arrived with you. If there are any shipping labels on the packaging of the returned product, we will not be able to accept your return. Please return the item in separate outer packaging to keep the original product packaging intact. This policy excludes needles, grips, tips, tubes, inks, and any other product for which service or returns are not handled directly by Killer Ink. Any items returned that are not in their original dispatched condition may be subject to a 10% re-packing charge or, in some cases, a refund may be refused altogether. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to either collect the item(s) or pay a charge for redelivery.

Any returnable items that appear faulty and are still under warranty can be returned to us for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will attempt to repair the item. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items securely so that they arrive back safely. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.

Once received, if the product is found to have no fault after testing, and the issue is due to poor troubleshooting or incorrect use, the customer will again be responsible for collection or redelivery costs. If the return is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the return postage or issue a credit note for the amount, once a receipt for the costs has been provided.

Please note that returns and warranty claims for Stigma-Rotary®, Cheyenne Hawk, Critical Power Supplies, and Thermal Printers are handled directly by the respective manufacturers. This ensures the fastest and most effective technical support and troubleshooting.

In all instances, please contact us first for advice on how to proceed.
