The Brother PocketJet PJ-863 A4 Thermal Mobile Printer offers a rugged, durable yet compact mobile printing solution, which connects to your choice of tablet, smartphone, PC or laptop. We also sell the Brother DS-940DW Portable Wireless Document Scanner, which is great for scanning in your design prior to printing out as a stencil.
It is completely portable and fits neatly in a drawer or travel case such as the PACC500 PocketJet Carry Case, making it perfect for travelling, conventions and studios! Its direct thermal printing technology ensures reliable quality, whatever the conditions or environment. Whilst printing, it also recognises change of tones, so during tattooing, you will be able to see areas that change tone/shade clearly instead of outlines.
The PJ-863 is faster than the previous generation of Brother printers, with the ability to produce up to 13.5 pages per minute, and can receive data via USB-C cable, NFC connections and Bluetooth. It also supports a variety of printer command languages, including ZPL2 emulation.
Please note the battery is not included.

Directions for use:
- First remove the protective sheet and yellow master sheet from your carbon paper, leaving just the carbon sheet and transfer sheet.
- Insert the carbon paper face up on top of the printer. The printer will hold it in place.
- Flip the image you wish to print horizontally (pro tip: for a good transfer, change the opacity of the image and make it lighter)
- Press print, keeping the papr taut to reduce creases.
- After printing, lift the front flap of the printer to release the paper.
