The Ghost HEX Needle Cartridges give professional tattoo artists the consistent needle performance that linework, shading, and colour packing demand. Ghost pioneered the fore-grip cartridge design in 2018, and the HEX's removable silicone fore-grip remains a distinctive feature in the professional cartridge market. It reduces vibration and hand fatigue during extended sessions, helping you maintain steady, controlled work. Colour-coded caps make configuration identification instant at the station, keeping swaps fast between needle types.

Four needle gauges are available: 0.25 mm Bugpin (#8) for detail work, 0.30 mm Double Zero (#10) for controlled ink flow, 0.35 mm Standard (#12) for traditional tattooing, and 0.40 mm. Both long and medium taper options are offered, with needle groupings running from 1 through to 27 across 12 configuration types.
