Ghost HEX Needle Cartridges - Hollow Liner, Long Taper, Box of 20

The Ghost HEX Hollow Liner Long Taper cartridges give tattoo and PMU artists a hollow-core needle that holds extra pigment per stroke, reducing the need to overwork skin during lining, shading, and colour layering. Part of Ghost's HEX range - the first cartridge platform to feature an integrated fore-grip when it launched in 2018 - each cartridge is individually pre-sterilised and ready to use straight from the box.

Constructed from 304 medical-grade stainless steel, these needles resist corrosion and maintain sharpness through back-to-back sessions. The Long Taper grind produces a thinner, more precise line than Short Taper equivalents, blending more readily for fine line work, smooth black and grey gradients, and delicate shading. An upgraded internal needle stabiliser keeps the needle steady during fast runs, while the integrated safety membrane blocks ink backflow to protect your machine's grip and motor assembly.

The pre-fitted silicone fore-grip improves balance and reduces hand fatigue across long sessions. Colour-coded caps let you identify configurations at a glance, making swaps between setups quick and straightforward.
