Each box contains 20 pre-sterilised cartridges housed in Ghost's signature green HEX shell.

The HEX was the first fore-grip cartridge to hit the market when it launched in 2018. The silicone grip sits closer to the needle tip for a pen-like hold, reducing vibration and hand fatigue during long sessions. Backflow protection is built in to keep your machine clean between clients, and an internal stabiliser keeps the needle path true for cleaner lines on the first pass.

The Long Taper profile produces a thinner, more precise line that blends easily, making it Ghost's most popular taper across the range. Colour-coded caps let you identify configurations at a glance, speeding up swaps during busy studio days.
