The Ghost HEX Soft Edge Magnum Long Taper cartridges help tattoo artists achieve smooth, natural gradients and soft tonal transitions without harsh edges. The curved magnum configuration distributes pressure more evenly than straight magnums, reducing skin trauma and producing the blended shading needed for black and grey realism, portraiture, and delicate gradient work. Each box contains 20 pre-sterilised, single-use cartridges housed in the signature green HEX shell.

Built for back-to-back sessions, the corrosion-resistant stainless steel needles hold their edge throughout a full day of bookings. An internal stabiliser keeps needle movement smooth and predictable, giving you consistent ink delivery during shading passes. A built-in safety membrane blocks backflow, protecting your machine's grip and motor assembly.

The HEX shell's silicone fore-grip - a design Ghost introduced in 2018 - absorbs vibration and reduces hand fatigue during long sittings. Colour-coded caps let you identify configurations at a glance, keeping setup fast between clients.
