The Kwadron Combat Magnum Long Taper cartridge - co-designed with tattoo artist Kamil Mocet - uses a super-wide, double-stacked needle arrangement built specifically for heavy shading, colour packing, and blackout work. Available in 39 or 49 pin configurations, these cartridges let you lay down solid fills with fewer passes, cutting your session time significantly.

Each cartridge houses razor-sharp, precision-grouped surgical stainless steel needles in a staggered formation for improved ink saturation per stroke. The 7 mm long taper creates a finer needle point for gentler skin entry, giving you controlled ink deposit even across wide coverage areas.

Kwadron's needle stabilisation system ensures optimal performance and consistent results throughout extended sessions. The transparent gold housing is made from medical-grade plastic, minimising friction between needle and tip to keep your needles sharp. A full safety membrane prevents ink backflow into your machine grip and motor.
