Li Pigments Will Anthony Signature Series Black Moss is a green-based black that will look great on light and fair-skinned people.
The green added to the base is perfect for those clients with red eyelid undertones. In addition, you can overlay this pigment on any of the other colours to highlight with a slight green hue.
This signature series eyeliner pigments set was created by Li Pigments in collaboration with world-renowned permanent make-up artist Will Anthony.
These pigments are very easy to use as they come pre-mixed, which also increases pigment efficiency. However, you can use the pigments as a base or overlay for the other colours.
