The Magic Moon Comfort Carts Cartridges in 0.25 mm Soft Edge Magnum Long Taper feature an integrated TipGrip designed to reduce hand fatigue and dampen machine vibrations over extended work. Sold in boxes of 20, they're compatible with cartridge grips and machines that accept Cheyenne-type needle cartridges.

The TipGrip extends the grip area from your machine to the cartridge barrel, creating a smoother hold with small anti-slip nubs that prevent finger slippage. A flat edge on one side of the cartridge keeps it stable on your workstation between passes, reducing the risk of contamination from rolling.

Each cartridge includes a soft, impermeable safety membrane that blocks ink and fluid back-flow into your grip and machine, guarding against cross-contamination. The TipGrip and bottom cap are colour-coded by needle configuration, and the needle size is printed on the transparent tip so you can identify groupings at a glance. Every cartridge is individually blister packed and EO gas sterilised.
