Every artist has a preferred setup - the Stigma-Rotary® Neuro Tattoo Machine in Red is built to let you dial in yours. This dedicated Stigma cartridge machine gives professional tattoo artists full control over stroke length and give, covering lining, shading, blending, layering, and colour packing from a single lightweight body.

Both adjustments are tool-free to change mid-session: turn the internal hex screw to set your stroke anywhere in the range, and tune the give to control how soft or firm the needle bar feels. Stronger MotorPlugs suit lining and high-demand configurations, while softer options work better for shading - so you can match the motor to the job without swapping machine bodies.

The Neuro is not compatible with Cheyenne-style cartridges or grips. Stigma's proprietary dual-seal cartridge system creates an enclosed barrier that prevents ink and blood from entering the machine, offering a level of leak protection that standard cartridge setups do not provide.
