This year, a new and exclusive tattoo convention hits the UK - introducing UKTTA 2023!

Held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on the outskirts of Birmingham, this two-day convention will host over 300 top tattoo artists working in the UK on the 22-23rd April - plus live music, magic, graffiti, seminars and awards for the tattoo-obsessed!

Abrakadavra Tattoo Art Studio are sending some of their talented tattoo artists including Viva Morta, Sofiya Belousova and Aggie Vnek, while Six Bullets will be represented by Chanelle Jasmin, Ben Dunning and Tom Farrow.

Find vibrant colour work from Tiggy, Hattie Cox, Anthony Lennox, and Cloto; horror realism from Kyle ‘Egg’ Williams and Arron Raw; plus abstract and avant-garde work from Reece Mortiboys, Volkan Demirci, Rich Harris and Paul Vaughan. And this is really just the tip of the iceberg!

The first UKTTA convention will of course have competitions, including 'Best Small Colour', 'Best Traditional/Neo-Traditional', 'Best Ornamental', 'Best Japanese', 'Best Small Black & Grey', 'Best Healed Work' and 'Best Blackwork' on the Saturday. On Sunday, they’ll hand out awards for 'Best Large Black & Grey', 'Best Large Colour', 'Best Avant-Garde' and 'Best Collaboration' - and of course 'Best of Saturday', 'Best of Sunday' and 'Artist of the Year'.

Expect neo soul pop duos, live magic, taxidermy, body painting and graffiti! Tom Farrow will also be hosting a seminar on his tattoo techniques, bright and early on the Saturday morning.
